I see this term everywhere but I'm afraid I don't know the definition. I'm sure it's simple. But I've already looked through a few threads and can't find the answer. I'm trying to complete a quest for Major Drills and I'm required to restock an item. Help?

It means to buy an item from one of the NPC shops (not user shops).

Thanks! That is what I thought it was... but when I bought an item from Seedlings (which was the quest), Major Drills did not recognize that I did. Until a few minutes later.

it's odd that Drills had a time delay. But you do need to page-refresh after each thing you do for it to show as done.

The thing is that I did refresh the page.
