I'm working on my avatar and am really tired of going through the wardrobe page by page looking for something I could use, but when I use certain words to search with, I still come up blank.

Is there anything on site that's like.. a rain hat? Do you know what I mean? We wear those plasticy/rubbery coats when it rains, and some people have hats made of the same material. Is there aaaaanything like that around here? Preferably not CW, unless someone is willing to let me borrow theirs for a month lol.

Liiike...a bucket hat? Or the kind of hat fishermen wear? I can't find anything in Subetalodge for those search terms, but I can try to help you look! Otherwise, might a fedora work? I know 50's investigators wear them in the rain c:

[edit] That's all I can come up with, going through the entire hat layer. Maybe there's something in the head layer, but I doubt it, because why would there be a hat layer then? I hope something works for you, and if not, there will probably be some sort of bucket hat by April next year! Good luck!

yeah, those were all that I could find too after I realized that there WAS a hat section (legit three hours after I posted this.. why is there a "hat" section and a "head" section?? when did this become a thing??? do hats not go on heads????). I guess I'll just have to hope for different items to be released later!

You could always post in the suggestions forum, or find a thread for spring clothing items or something, I feel like it would go along with something like that.

how would I go about doing that? I'm not.. this is going to sound odd considering how old my account is, but I'm not entirely sure where everything goes or how to really maneuver my way through the forums. I spent so many years completely by myself on this site, and I'm only just now coming out of my shell with posting on the forums for help and such. I had a handful of friends who begged me for a couple of years to join, and then as soon as I did, they all lost interest, so I never had someone to hold me by the hand and teach me how everything works, lol.

But yeah, I definitely wanted it for spring. April showers bring May flowers, don'cha know!

Oh, no problem! The Suggestions & Ideas forums are for, well, suggesting things to be done around the site. You could check through the "Avatars" and "Items" sections to see if there are any threads that may fit with what you'd like to see, such as a spring items thread or something. I'm not sure if there would be any, but if you can find one it's usually recommended to add onto existing threads so that similar ideas can all be in one place. But you cold also create your own thread there suggesting the kinds of rain hats you're interested in, and maybe include a reference image from google or something just to be clear with what you mean.

It might be a bit late to see any created for this spring, but it's something that I could see being added if other people are interested too!

there are also the Floppy Sun Hats, in various colours. Also these, a little flowery though. The Conical Hats might work for you, in a few different colours. Or in a different direction, bandanas And then the weird and wacky

Overall nothing really like a rain hat.
