Things im confused on Date of disposition 10-5-16 Under my signature as the recipient theirs a faint signature of some else. Under my address again is a faint address of someone else. The dogs micro chip number I was given is not showing up in the homewardboundpet system which is what the chip is registered to or at least this is what ive been told. Dog's ear has skin peeling..Dog has 2 sores on her tummy. I got gave a index card with vaccine info but the card is hand written and no vet info on it.It's just names of shots and dates. I have a rabies tag but no papers.Tag has a vet name but nothing else has a vets name..

Ive had the dog for 3 days.Her last owner was a dog breeder.Im not sure the papers I have are even legal cause of the info ive stated.

I hope the dog isn't stolen or something..Also the ear and her tummy have me a bit worried..I don't even know if the index card I got gave with vaccine info is real or not cause theirs nothing other than shot names and dates.

A good start would be calling your local police station. If a dog was stolen, the owners would call the police, yeah? Either way, if the police have experienced a stolen dog before, they would recognize the signs.

I do not think that a lot of people are here are qualified to understand certain documents, so the best would be to take them to a professional. I suggest taking your dog to a local vet with all the papers. As well as the police station to make sure you are following the laws that abide in your area. Best of luck!

my local police station is a joke.also no one in my area reports stolen anything anymore..Cause of the police just don't care.A house got shot up police did nothing.A place got robbed police did nothing.Meds where stolen out of a car police didn't even let the person fill out a police report.I had a car stolen off my yard Police didn't even come out or call me back.I called them back and told oh we will call you never did.

Well, there's not much you can do. I guess take a picture of the dog and put it on Facebook as possibly stolen? Maybe the owners will find it...

I called the previous owner told them the papers they gave me where not correct.They claim they will call me back.I called the vet that was on the rabies tag.The vet is mailing me the info they have but all they ever did was a rabies shot.SO at least I know the tag is real.Vet said the previous owner did all the shots themselves..SO im going to have to take the last owners word on the shots..BUT I am going to worm the dog.

Dogs ear is still peeling..It's like dead skin coming off..As far as the micro chip goes I don't know if it really exists..Just got to see what the vet mails me..

Why would you take on the responsibility of taking care of an animal when you can't afford gas for your stove? IDGI.

Cause I get my animal feed and supplies free thanks to gift cards.Plus I don't order gas for my stove cause my gas company charges out the rear and claims you don't pay them.They double charge me even the driver said I paid them but the office argued that I didn't pay them.So I got charged 7 late fees and charged for gas I already paid for.

Shes doing better sores healed up.Last owner I never got a call back from.Vet papers arrived tag I got handed matches the info on vet papers.

(geez sarai, that was kind of rude) That's all great news! Doesn't sound stolen to me at this point, but wait and see if that other owner ever calls you back.
