Trying to figure out how to get my birthday theme up. I cant see anywhere to enter in my birthday so I can have the cool little cake icon and a celebratory theme around the website. ;_;

There is no theme! That happens on Neopets (and probably elsewhere). c: You can choose whether or not to display your birthday cake icon here. You had to enter your birthday when you joined the site - if you believe you may have entered a false one and would like to change it, just file a ticket. c:

You had to enter your birthday when registering for the site, you can't change it yourself, but maybe by filing a Ticket you can ask the mods to change it, should it not be correct. I don't remember there being a celebratory theme though, just the cake icon.
