Hi guys,

I'm brand new to Subeta, I made my account a couple of days ago and got confused with the tutorial so left the site and forgot about it until today. I like the concept of the website, and how it seems like a more mature community based game.

If anyone could guide or link me to a new player guide if possible that would be great. I'm confused as what to do, and cannot for the life of me see where the currency is displayed as I have been trying to dress my avatar but I am sure I don't have unlimited £.

Also quick question! I bought a hair style, assuming thats how you buy them? and it disappeared and then I bought another one which I do not like compared to the other one and that one is now displayed on my avatar, how do I get the other one back as I couldn't see it listed in the Salon again!

Also is there any mens shoes in the store? :P

Nice to meet you, and thanks for posting if you do. :'). Is there a smiley list anywhere?

Smilie list Interact > Forums > sCode Reference

There's a couple of links below that might help

Useful Links:

What to do on Subeta? Useful general information for newbies Finding friends (Chit Chat) SubetaLodge (Offsite item database, pet colours etc.)
FAQ Site event: Masquerade. Put any Mask item on your Human Avatar to participate in dancing for trinkets (Trinkets can be used in the Steamworks Menagerie or the Libertine Lounge)

Hi! Doesn't your currency appear on the left in your dashboard/event sidebar? I'm a bit confused about the whole hair situations tbh but I rarely use the salon :c

The community here tends to break into smaller communities, some people tend to focus on wearables and human avatars, a big aspect of this too is that the site allows you to upload your own wearables, so a few people are very involved in that as well. There's battling that you can do, train your pets, buy weapons etc, the pet community is pretty active as well with people fleshing out great characters! The art community is also a lot of fun if you're into that! Look around the forums and see what might interest you, people are usually quite friendly ^_^

Also if you go in the wardrobe, click 'All items' and go in the 'Feet' layer, then you can see all the shoes available! If you're low on funds at first I recommend using the 'Hide CWs' option. That hides the user-uploaded wearables which are often in limited quantity and can run in the hundreds of millions of sP.

Let me know if you have any questions! c:

If your on-hand sP is missing from your sidebar widget, you can re-add the widget from Personal - Userdashboard - widgets

If you are on 'smart' dashboard, you will have to flip to the dashboard tab on the sidebar (as opposed to the 'event' dashboard. You can turn off the 'smart' option on the widgets page also :)

There are also lot's of wigs on the site you can use instead of the hair salon. (I keep my avitar bald and just use the wigs).

If you run into a question about something on the site, feel free to contact me. There's also are men's shoes, you just have to look around. There are more female items then male items because more females play. There are plenty of male items though.
