Does any of the quests give out the masks? Has anyone received a mask from doing a quest this week?

Yes! I've gotten a few, although they don't seem to be super common at least from my experience. They are being given out though.

I got from Pete the day before yesterday, nothing after that.

i guess it is rare. it's easier to get mask through vending.

Yep, but if you have the time and patience camping in the shop is the best choice; I've already got all the Twist Masks and most of the others too.
