if the rapier is private, it's not at all enforced! i've bought/sold/gifted two different ones from two diff users and seen a few others sell as well! usually they're a bit pricy at ~1 - 3k though! c:

Just chiming in, as far as I know the rapier isn't private. :U I bought it off another user a while back, but I also remember when they were released with the sets.

However, it is ridiculously hard to find/pry off of people, so except prices to be high. :I
