It comes from which is currently 8m in user shops.

The thing with the donation presents are the items you got from them were random, you didn't get to choose. So I would say no less than 8m.

There's a few selling for about 14m and chances are you'd need to buy a few to get that specific item.. So if it was me buying it I would think 15m-20m is a fair price
