I've known about Subeta for a while now, and have looked up/read more about it in the past.
Anyway, you can just call me by my username, Agamemnon. I'm female, asexual/aromantic, and enjoy various creativity-related hobbies like writing, drawing, etc. I'm bilingual (English/Spanish), with a little bit of dabbling in Russian, and I'm working on creating a fantasy language in my spare time. I'm a second-year university student, so my online times are kind of sporadic.
Feel free to ask other questions if you like, I don't have much stock introduction fodder to go off of and would rather answer based on what people want to know.
I'm not really one for random friend requests, so I'd rather you send them only if we've talked for a bit and I actually feel like I know your personality somewhat.
Hi there! I love the name lol. What kind of stuff do you write? =) I write mainly prose (poetry isn't my thing, unfortunately) and my main genres are fantasy and science fiction. Also I think its really cool that you're creating a fantasy language.
Hey, thanks! I'm mainly a standard fantasy writer, with some ideas that branch into steampunk (and prose as well, I write poetry but not very often).
Hey! Welcome to subeta, I'm Pac :) Creating your own language? That sounds like fun. I don't envy you learning russian, I've heard it's one of the hardest lol.
I'm currently learning german myself.
What do you enjoy on subeta?
I think on that scale of easiest-hardest languages (from a western perspective), it ranks around Medium? Because it still has Greek roots, so vocabulary has some similarities sometimes (of course, when there's older vocabulary with a Slavic root, that's nowhere close to the German/Latin/Greek-based languages). I'd say the hardest part of learning it has to be verbal aspect; inflection isn't that bad once you get used to it, but with the verbs you have to think very hard about what meaning you want to emphasize in a sentence.
I think I enjoy the wardrobe feature the most, considering how many items don't look like clothing from their icon and then unexpectedly are XD
Mh, I guess you know best as I've never actually tried to learn it. But yeah, I heard the grammar is a huuuuuuuuuuuge pain :o
The wardobe is amazing! Yeah, that annoyed me when I first joined because it makes it so much harder to search for wearables XD But the preview in wardrobe V3 works very well! And hovers are a lifesaver!
Absolutely. I like all the new spring stuff they just added, and the baking/gardening features are fun; I just haven't done much with them yet.
Oh baking is ridiculously priced right now because it's a brand new feature. The prices of ingredients should start going down soon enough!
Yesssssss, the spring stuff are lovely! I like how you used that bg :*
Another thing I like here is that there are some amazing pet species and colours! And being able to draw your own pets is really neat too.
Yes, I can't decide if I should turn my Noktoa into the nightmare or glade color, those are my two favorites, I think.
Well, you can get one of each later on aha. Those are both really great choices though!
Welcome to Subeta! I'm pretty useless with learning languages, especially oral and hearing, is your degree something along the vein of languages?
Feel free to ask if you have any questions :)

Ha, well my own speaking in other languages isn't that great either. I'm majoring in English, but I just like learning foreign languages (not enough to major in linguistics, though). Thanks for those links, I'll read through them.
Thanks! You can both speak and write it; the only problem is it would probably be difficult to learn it fluently. I'm designing it based on the world any dragon OC of mine belongs to, so it's a language intentionally designed to be used by a creature often portrayed as more intelligent than humans...
It's a character language, with a very fluid writing structure.
