I'm an old player returning back here and I might have forgotten how things goes..

Anyways, I can't seem to take off an item that I seem to be wearing on my avatar. It displays (the zombie mouth and eyes) on my avatar but it's not there when I go to my wardrobe to remove it. I even removed everything from my avatar, saved it, waited for half an hour and yet my skin still hasn't reset itself.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

I think those are all modifications from Rachelle's shop in the Underground. You should be able to remove them here.

However my avatar refuses to load any modifications from my wardrobe, I took out every single item I have on, and yet the avatar hasn't reset.. Which is really the main issue for me =/

EDIT : Nvm, I seem to be able to load it.. after spamming the save button several times... Thank you very much for the help!

They don't show up as items in the wardrobe, you have to choose the remove option from the appropriate dropdowns on her shop page.

Also the HA and wardrobe cache can be pretty slow sometimes, it may take a few minutes for any changes you make to actually show up. And yeah, I usually save 2 or 3 times just to be sure.
