I just popped out a Naosan yesterday during Major Drills.

Before they made it more common, I did a statistical analysis and it was a one in seven hundred chance. Presumably it's better than that now. 1/700, this is about one tenth of the Farmer's Market chance, so it is not as likely as an Autumn Dragon following you home.
