You can make one by combining the Nostalgic Noktoa Instructions and Plushie Makers Kit at Asmodeus Genetech Lab. I have a set. 3.2m for the pair?

Nostalgic instructions stock in thimble and co. as well. I'm not sure if they all do but I have seen quite a few different ones over there. You can also do Vanya's quest to make one if you have the nostalgic noktoa instructions to make the toy (the quest items are cheap at least the ones for nostalgic neela were ~60k total? Not too sure about nostalgic noktoa, but it shouldn't be steep?). [Edit] The official price of the instructions is 4996 so I'm sure it stocks at thimble and co., but it's rare so it might be difficult to grab :c
