Once I have the CSC I want to go looking for a seller of this item.

How much CSC should I expect so spend? Or how much would be fair? Is it even avaiable to buy? (Not quite familiar with CWs)

Pretty sure it's public, it's just a very old CW, one of the first ones around.

500-600 CSC seems fair. A couple sold for around 500 CSC, if I remember right.
