I'm about 95% sure this is private item, also since it's one of the newer ones I am unsure if a public copy has been auctioned off of that colour yet. I am double checking with the person who released the item, if I get different information I will let you know. c:

poet released the Lunar Marks and it would be best to contact them about info for it. I'm 99% sure they were private.
