Im pretty sure I got all of the kisses from users...BUt when I check the achievement thats listed for getting them all, I see nothing except the circle with a line through it- no name, no picture...nothing.

Is it possible to still get it now?

"Have all the x" achievements are broken right now, you'll need to file a ticket for that one

That sucks. But filing a ticket is no big deal. I shall do it. Thanks for the idea/suggestion/help :3
