"used to be" implying not anymore? xD I haven't seen much of the show (though I think Martin Freeman is an amazing Watson), but I'm a big book nerd and I've read most of the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes so I nerd out whenever I see a reference to them haha.

i don't care for the two main characters (sherlock and john, obviously) much anymore :c the books sound good! i haven't read them yet.

ahh I see c: The books/stories are good! Most of them are short stories so they're pretty quick reads (aside from I think "A Study in Scarlet" and "The Hound of the Baskervilles"). I inherited a copy of them with original illustrations as published in The Strand and I fell in love! And now I'm nerding out again so I'll stop xD
