I picked a random strain a couple of days ago after finishing my first, and I haven't really been online in the past few days. I came back expecting to see some sort of change on my HA, but nothing! No strain!

Do I need to figure out what I am and ask to be bitten or will it show up?

I think it takes 3 days to get infected automatically. Biting would be the fastest way to get you infected. I can bite you if you want, unless you don't like the doom bloom virus, or you already have it?

The strain you choose will progress on its own after a few days, but if you want to speed up the process than you need to be bitten by people. Since you chose random, you can be bitten by anyone and you'll get whatever infection people bite you with the most. If you don't get any bites, then I think you'll just get a random strain after a certain amount of time.
