i was just wondering if there's some sort of scheduled time to create a cult, as every time i try to create one, i'm told "Oh No! We aren't accepted any new cults at the moment!"

why is this, and when will i get the chance to actually make a cult? :(

I bet the next news we get of cults is their complete removal. Don't expect to ever be able to make a new one
