Hi all! I adopted Arrakis the Glade Archan from the adoption center a few days ago--I didn't know what her name meant, but apparently it is the actual name of the planet of Dune, from the Dune series by Frank Herbert. I adopted her because I love Glade pets, but I kind of want to earn my Glade pet and I don't think it would be an Archan, though they are indeed majestic pets! I also have never read Dune.

I figure it is a pretty good name for a fan (and a cool name in general), and wanted to offer her up in the forums before unceremoniously dumping her in the pound.

So! Let me know why you'd want to adopt her, I'm pretty lax, I just want to see her with someone who will care, I guess!
