- yes you can use the elixir on any one of your pets =)

edit: whatever pet you use the elixir on, it will become a common Neela, you can use a potion on it after, if you want to.

if you're thinking of buying a Neela elixir, i recommend getting a Arid Neela Elixir because they're only 10m in the shop search ^0^ much cheaper than any other Neela Elixirs.

Yes, you can transform a pet into a neela via the nostalgic pet route. However, after you obtain the neela instruction, you'll need to make it into a nostalgic neela toy at Vanya's workshop. Then, you will need a Essence Of Melody to turn a pet into a nostalgic neela.

Yes, that instruction is only a part of the "process" (one instruction alone cannot transform your pet into a neela).

When you are at the workshop, you will need to make the neela toy first, which requires the instruction and two other random items from Thimble & Co. I don't think you need to pay any sP.

Then, you give the nostalgic neela toy and the Essence Of Melody to Vanya, who will then turn your pet into a neela.
