When we get a new Loyalty Card if there are unspent points do they carry over to the next card or do we have to spend all the points received on that same card? Thank you.
the points don't go away, you can save them as long as you want. however, when a new loyalty card is released, your stamps reset. that is, on each card you get a stamp for each 1000 csc you buy; the first stamp is worth 1 point, the second stamp is worth 2 points, and so on, up to the tenth stamp at which point you also receive 5 bonus points. but once it rolls over to a new card, the stamps start over so you're back to stamp one for 1 point, stamp two for 2 points, etc.
I know and understand how the card system builds the point value. My question is if there is a card change and you did not spend all the points before that happened do you lose those points and from the way I read your answer is yes. Please confirm or let me know if I misunderstood you, thanks!
no, you keep all the points you've earned.
Points are stored as an on-site currency for the Loyalty Shop, so once you earn points you don't lose them unless you buy something from the shop with them.
The new cards are just a way to earn more points, but once you complete a card anything you spend after that before the new card will not rollover to the new card. In other words, you keep all the points you've already earned, but you don't get a head start on the next card and points.
Thank you, have been doing it for ages but for some reason I thought that I had not spent all the points from the previous card and wanted to know if I would lose them of if they would carry over.
