How do I edit my profile to display what my HA is currently wearing?

View your profile, at the top, click "Edit Your Profile" where the toolbox pops up. Click "Add Content" Then click Human Avatar

you can then edit the Human avatar box by clicking the little piece of paper with a pencil on it, toggle the "Show clothes" option on and off depending if you want that to display
