I have a bit of trouble understanding the event. I picked the free option when I signed up for the virus program and apparently I got Faceworms. I read somewhere that I had to be in one of the last 2-3 stages to be able to bite people, and I'm pretty sure I'm in the second to last stage. So I think I should be able to bite people? The problem is that I have yet to see anyone have a not-greyed out "bite" button under their avatar. So I was wondering who I can bite?

You can bite anyone asking for your virus, so if it's a less popular one, it may be hard to find people. Just go through the kiss the user above threads and control+f the word bite to find people, that's what I did

You can also bite anyone who chose 'random virus'. Really, your best bet is to do what suggested. Searching through kiss or bite boards and seeing if there are people out there that just do not mind you biting them.
