I had a totem box thingy, I can't remember its name. I've been saving it for months and I just deleted it. =.= I got the pet and I wanted to change it's colour to steamwork but my phone jumped and I clicked delete instead of open. I thought I clicked open so when the promt said, "are you sure?" I just clicked yes.

Subeta is soooo glitchy on phone, it's so annoying and there is nothing I can do :/ Text changes size all the time making the pages jump and I end up clicking the wrong things. I've never messed up this badly before though.. sigh

I'd file a ticket if I were you. There's still the chance you can get the thing back. :c

Usually areply to a ticket doesn't take very long (at least, for me anyway).Even during Luminaire and things were going funny didnt take too long for a reply.

Hopefully you can get it back :D (and maybe taking the delete option off of loyalty boxes would be a good idea...)

I agree with you on subeta's mobile layout being tricky to navigate, I've had a lot of issues with it too. Clicking the wrong thing is really easy. (I don't normally use mobile for Subeta, but I don't have access to my laptop right now)

same. Currently my laptop is dying and meeds replacing so I can only really come on with my phone.

They very kindly replaced the item for me and I now have my steamwork torrey (couldn't resist that jetpack) I am quite surprised they have a delete for such an important item but I guess it'd be really time consuming to go through every item that is so important and remove the delete option.

And thats true...THe Loyalty Boxes are the only 'big' things I can think of really that I use, but Im sure theres different items for other people

ACTUALLY!!!! The delete option was PURPOSEFULLY ADDED to the loyalty items, because, believe it or not, there are some people who don't want to use them, and since you can't move them or sell them, they were just taking up inventory space.

But I'm very glad the staff was able to help you. I accidentally tried to unlock a battle challenger I already had recently, and staff was kind enough to restore the extra signet to me.

I didn't know that! It makes sense really haha.

The staff super lenient with "special" items, it's really good. I had completely accepted that I'd had lost the loyalty box for ever.
