last year there were vials you could drink to receive new infections. you can drink one of the following vials, but you'd have to wait until your current infection is complete so you can remove it to get a new one.

they're all pretty cheap in user shops. if you want to see what infection each one gives you, you can check here.

be aware that the vials are diseases that you will recover from on your own, so you will not get a zombie skin for drinking one.
