I am wondering if Subeta can come up with a faster way to purchase items from shops. For people who are making a stock shop and buying multiple items. This also can work for pawn shop.

I'd imagine this would kill the servers during events like the snowman competition.

No support. Let other people have a chance to buy, even if it's only a five second chance.

I restock from other user shops using Chrome. I buy, then as soon as it resolves which is hardly any time at all, I press cntrl+left-arrow for a backpage and then click to buy the next item down. My mouse arrow stays put because I used a keyboard command to backpage, so I only have to move it a teeny bit to buy that next item down.

This goes amazingly fast, I can get an item every two to three seconds this way. How fast do you need it to be? Are you looking for a "I'm going to buy every single item above this shop" button?

Nah, it's still really easy to refresh on the purchase confirmation page to buy multiple, you just have to deal with the resending information confirmation popup that most brosers will give you.

You could also use an auto refresh extension to mass buy those items, if you don't want to spam F5 + Enter.

You go to the addon or extension section of either Firefox or Chrome and search for 'Auto Refresher'. They either add a button at the top of your browser or add the option while right clicking. Then you can just pick it and say how often it should refresh (like every 1 second). Be sure to clear your inventory to have enough space. ^__^

The problem with 's idea is that it doesn't usually work because you need to click the confirm form resubmission thing. I like that they have that there because it does make things slightly slower. The problem with people buying up all the cheap items is that the quests become unprofitable if the item prices go too high. Users stop buying them at a high price, so you end up waiting for the price to fall again so people will buy your new hoard of items. The quest payout is pretty stable and doesn't always account for each item being inflated by someone buying all of the cheaper priced items. I definitely do not support the implementation of something that would enable you to more quickly buy from user shops. If you want a stock shop, restock in NPC shops when you have the main shops buff (15% discount) or vend.

No support. If you want to buy up multiples of an item, you should have to do the work of clicking at the very least.

Pretty sure some autorefreshers will resubmit forms if you select an option.

Best way is just to spam click and spam hit enter in the shop on the specific item

Clearly I don't use anything quite that advanced haha. It's unfortunate that there are workarounds like that, but it is what it is. I don't want anything that makes the whole process even easier. Restocking for profit should take some effort, even if it is minimal.

this suggestion is for user shops I believe, but I'm sure you could autorefresh on an npc shop. who knows if that's considered autobuying, I doubt it since they can't detect autorefreshers but they can autobuyers?

Yeah I think I mentioned the user shop thing in my first post. It's different for the NPC shops because of the 5sec wait, which pretty much guarantees that most of the higher rarity items will be gone before the cool down period is over. If you want a stock shop, you have options other than spam buying from user shops. If you don't like vending and restocking from NPC shops, you can gamble on the MB and buy from there. It might not be a huge profit (as long as you stick to the lower-priced gambles), but a profit is a profit, and it all adds up.

I think how it is now is fine. I don't think that would be good for the servers and it doesn't seem overall fair to everyone in some circumstances. I think if someone really wants to they can use an ar.

You can already buy things from user shops fast enough. o.o I have bought out 100+ of the same item at one point just from refreshing by hand. Took me less then a minute maybe? lol

As said above though, no support, seems like it would just strain the servers and doesn't really need to be added honestly.
