Yeah, so Im looking for Undertale items that are around 400 CSC or less... Mettaton stuff would be most wanted, since I'm trying to make a Mettaton themed avatar.

is a reference to Undyne / is 500 CSC. It's made by the same person that made the Napstablook reference that mentioned (if I'm not mistaken, that is).
