I have recently been slacking off in the gym department and am having a very hard time finding the motivation to go back. On top of that, my eating habits (which is a roller coaster in itself) are currently at the peak of junky-ness. Not a good combo. Though I do my best to stay active no matter what, I do have my wedding coming up and a dress fitting in March. Eek!

Is there anyone out there who would benefit from some positive vibes and accountability? I will gladly give you some, I know I need it right now! I think that would help me a lot. My cat is slacking, I ask her to give me motivation to get off my butt, but she just rubs against my leg and says "maybe tomorrow, how about you just pet me now?"

So yes, I am blaming my cat. shifty eyes

My goal is to start going back 2 days a week. One day for running and one day for weights. Hoping to do weights today if I can get my act together! Hopefully I'll have some positive news for anyone reading.

I feel the same way lately, cold weather makes it hard to go outside, or even look out the window. Maybe you can do stretches at home, which will warm you up for heading out to the gym? Like crunches, squats and stuff.

Just curious but have you picked out your dress? I love seeing what dresses people go with. :D

You can do it! Amp yourself up with some awesome superhero/dance/fun music for running and lifting weights. That always gets me more motivated :) Also developing a bit of a routine would probably help as well, set up a certain day and time that you go. Also cats are the worst motivators, the lazy little bastards (mine sure are...)

Thanks so much for the encouragement! :D I'm really hoping once I get back into the swing of things my routine will start forming. BC (before cat :P) I would go almost every day and I really looked forward to it! I also think the cold weather isn't helping at all. Come on Spring!

Aww the lace on it is so lovely! It looks like it has little fairy wings on the back. Ugh so exciting. :D Can definitely see why you want to get toned.

Yes, arms and back all the way! The dress lady said specifically that the hips won't really matter because of the way the dress will flare out. At least that's one thing I don't have to worry about too much. lol

I'm planning on running in the morning...hopefully I make it! :)
