You can also view the completed strains in the wardrobe under the "Skins" tab! Though it's also mixed in with the Zapper Skins from Morostide and some other miscellaneous skins.

SubetaLodge (offsite) has a stage by stage progress of all the 2009-2012 viruses.

Unfortunately they don't have the 2015 virus set but helpfully made a list of the various stages of those ">here!
