I make use of the autoprice daily, its great :) however I would love to be able to accept the lowest price shown individually on items with one click on edit shop, to save copying the price with my keyboard over and over for each item that I want to change. When using autprice I have to check all the prices before accepting in case there are some silly low prices, if I could price fast and individually at lowest I wouldnt have to spend so much time checking over autoprice results and could get my things in my shops easily and it wouldnt be boring

This for me would really add a lot to having a gold account and I dont think it would give anyone an unfair advantage it would just save time doing a boring repetitive bit.

The lowest price is shown already next to the item in the price column if you have gold, so it would be so great to be able to just click it to accept that price and have it appear in the window then press the process prices and removals as usual.

Hope this is a new suggestion I did check the frequently requested before posting. thanks

I'm not sure what you're asking for? There are 3 steps when you autoprice, the second one shows all the current/lowest/average prices for items. You can just scroll through the list and check off whether you want to change the price or not. I think that might be what you're asking for already

I like this idea, so long as the single click doesn't refresh the page.

She's not talking about autopricing, but about pricing items individually.

What Im asking for is not part of autopricer. Im talking about when you press edit on your shop and the prices come up showing what you have them priced at PLUS there is the price shown which is the bottom price items are being sold at.

That price (that items are being sold at) is the price I would like to choose individually so that I dont have to run autopricer and go through the whole process.

At the moment its possible to press edit on your shop and choose all items priced 0 then price things up using the keyboard one at a time but of course it takes ages so it seems sensible to be able to just click accept to insert the price shown which is the bottom price they are currently selling at.

Hope that makes sense ... it really would be amazingly helpful if it could happen

So what you're asking for is a one-step autopricer?

You are aware that when you click on the autopricer, it shows you the current price you have on your items as well as the current(ish) lowest price on shop search. So you ... don't have to double check anything?

Yes I am aware of that thanks, what I am suggesting is a way to price items using the edit function so you do not need to use autopricer each time.

For example you have just got 20 items from quests and you dont have time to do autopricer and check maybe 1500 items that you already have

Instead you could press edit in your shop and choose all items priced at 0. These are the new items you got and already there is shown the lowest price currently below the box where you can change the price.

All that above is already there - what I think would be good was if at that point there was a button that you could click to accept the lowest current price showing.

this would save going through over maybe a thousand things in your autopricer to be sure that you are happy with letting all your items go at the price that happens to be lowest on that moment..sometimes 1sp or 100 if someone has made a mistake or something.

There might be some things that are low just now but you know they will soon go up again and you dont want to have to think about every single item you just want to add the new stuff you got ... nice and simply, without going through the auto at that moment

It would be great to be able to just add things as you go through the day it allows you to see what things are worth when you win them from quests and would be more fun IMHO and a big bonus to having gold without giving any unfair advantage either so a win all round I think

No. We don't need more autopricing, even "just for unpriced items i added in the day"

The autopricer being once a day is to teach you to be responsible. Wait until you're done with your quests/vending before autopricing.

Hell, stuff sell better if you WAIT around 6pm to autoprice because less people to undercut you.

pricing 20 items takes like 2 minutes anyway

Ahh, you mentioned the autopricer and it wasn't clear.

I still don't find it necessary, however.

I think I can see that I have not been able to explain my idea well enough so I have been misunderstood as to what my idea was, however it doesnt matter I was only hoping to add a little more fun to subeta, it wasnt something necessary as such just to make it more enjoyable.

I didnt realise that it was about learning to be responsible etc I was simply enjoying playing here despite being very much an adult over 50 lol

I will just carry on as before, thanks anyway

What you're asking for though, essentially, is another way to autoprice. But instead of the entire shop at once, you would just select x number of items on a page, or all of them, and it would 'accept' the lowest price - i.e. change to the lowest price - when you click edit prices.

So you are asking for another autopricer. An unlimited one, actually.

Users who do not have a GA have to price their shops manually like that, one item at a time. That's what the autopricer does, but the entire shop. Whether you did a few items or all at once, it's the same function.

Here's what I think what JuliaJ is asking for: When we have a GA, and we're in Edit Items, below our price for each item is a Lowest Price:. If that Lowest Price had a small button or link that when tapped, it would then copy that price into the box immediately above, thus setting the lowest price for that one and only that one item.

I was about to suggest that very thing.

If I understood correctly you're asking for an autoprice option for only the unpriced items at the edit section of a shop? Which basically would just make the paste & copy process automatically?

I wouldn't mind that. But I think just having the 'lowest price' seen while editing is already there to make pricing after autopricing easier. I don't think the site would be interested in making a 1 minute process into a 1 click process.

I don't find it difficult when I'm on a desktop/laptop computer, but cutting and pasting on a tablet-like device is more difficult. I'm supporting this suggestion because I sometimes play Subeta on my phablet and this feature would make it easier on that kind of device.

Well, I'd suggest a wireless keyboard if pricing mobile is that important. I don't see how you'd even get a large amount of items mobile that needed to be priced immediately.

Can't always be using a bluetooth keyboard. What if you're playing Subeta on a crowded bus? I think we need to consider other users (and the programmers) when supporting or rejecting these suggestions. The way you or I play Subeta may not be the way any one else plays Subeta.

If I were going to implement this, I'd make the Lowest Price: into a pseudo-link, which onclick(), would send an input field ID and value, hard coded for each line, to a Javascript which would then simply copy that value into that input field. Because that's less than an hour of coding, I'm willing to support the idea. It's a simple thing to do that may improve the user experience for a number of users, especially as many more start playing on tablets and tablet-like devices.

I do recognize that many users, like yourself, do not gain any significant benefit. I admit that I play so seldom on my phablet, I don't gain much benefit. But because I do on rare occasion play on my phablet, I can see the benefit more directly. I will add, while I support this idea, I recognize that this should probably be a very low priority. There are many more things that can and should be done to improve the user experience of Subeta.
