Hi! Returning user here who hasn't really used the site in the last 4 years.

First off: I have 5 loyalty boxes in my inventory and I'd like to put some thought into what to do with them, but in the meantime I'd like to do some zapping. The loyalty boxes don't seem to be able to go into my vault, though. Are they immune to being destroyed by the zappers or will I have to lock all of them if I want to avoid this?

Second: The zapper V2 doesn't seem to be a thing anymore? Does this mean that the effects of the zappers V1 and V2 have been combined into a single zapper?

EDIT: Also, I don't think the currency bank was a thing when I was on here before. I have gazillions of wizard tokens and stuff, is there a mass "add to currency bank" option or do I need to do them one at a time?

Third: When I was on the site before I'm pretty sure I had a lot more achievements than I do now.

I've found that interacting with some aspects of the site triggers it "remembering" my achievements in some areas, but not other. For example, when I restocked an item it gave me back all the restocking achievements, and when I submitted a score on Spectrail it gave back all the achievements for the scores I'd earned way back when. But then for other things like quests it doesn't seem to remember them and just gave me the achievement for 10 quests, even though I'm pretty sure I did hundreds if not thousands of those back in the day.

I'm guessing it's just a matter of certain aspects of the site and the achievement system have changed so I'm just gonna have to steadily gain back my achievements in the areas I can as I re-familiarize myself with the site?

1. i am pretty sure loyalty boxes cannot be destroyed, but if one does happen to get destroyed (which, again, i don't think can happen anymore), you can file a ticket to have a UA replace it because this is not intended to be possible.

btw, if i may give my opinion, i think pet slots are the most valuable option from loyalty boxes because the only other ways to acquire more is by purchasing from the millionaire center (which is limited to 5 slots), buying them with CSC for 2000 CSC each (which is limited to 20 slots), or from site events like the snowman competition we just recently had. but if extra pet slots aren't that important to you, you can use them for whatever you want of course. (although i will say i don't think the treasure slot option is worth it, because now you can buy tc slots directly for 100k each.)

2. yep, both zappers have been combined into the One True Zapper.

3. yeah, the site moved over to a new achievement system a couple years ago so some didn't fully transfer over. there used to be a link to re-process your achievements and update them, but it's not there anymore so i don't know if that's still possible. maybe file a ticket?

[edit] yes, you can add all your wizard tokens to the currency bank at once by going to wizard exchange page.

Yeah, I guess pet slots being most valuable makes sense, but right now I'm still overwhelmed at the prospect that I can even have 10 pets, because back when I was last on I'm pretty sure I was at the limit with 5 LOL. So if I do get pet slots with them, I want it to be at a point where I'm actually gonna be using them, so for now I'm hanging onto em.

I'll see about filing a ticket with regards to re-processing my achievements, though it could be kind of confusing since some have been earned back as I click around the site and some haven't, and I honestly don't really remember all the achievements I'm missing now. I guess I'm not too worked up about it if it turns out they can't, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

no prob! yeah, things have changed quite a bit. it used to be you had to have a gold account to access any pet slots beyond the default 5; now you get 10 by default and don't need a GA to use more. also you can save special HA skins (like zombie or zapper skins) in the wardrobe so you can wear them or take them off whenever you want, which means you don't have to choose between having a normal HA and having access to the underground.
