Yes it is, though I probably don't know how to utilize most of it xP I used to use Gimp! at least it's a step up from Paint xP Used to make avatars with it back before the site had Human Avatars.

Overlays is the funniest part of have a pet here for me, i guess! Last two weeks i finally put my first one, Wokou :3
