How do you get the blue building password?

I'm not 100 percent positive so don't quote me on it but I think its a random event that just happens. Sorry I can't remember the answer for sure. :/

Refresh the Blue Building page until you get the event. It's tedious to do ):

it's a random event that only occurs on the blue building page. if you just sit there and refresh a bunch you should eventually get it, but how long it takes is unpredictable - it could take a few seconds, or a few hours.

I have been here almost 9 years and only recently got it--i just opened a tab and had it auto refresh every 10 seconds or so. It took a few hours for me but the timing is random.

Do you still need to complete all the other assignment things?

you can get the password at any time. None of the other requirements affect your ability to get the password. The password all-by-itself is not good enough to get in.
