I was wondering how little sp you need to have to complete sarah's quests. Thanks!

According to the Quest Guide (click) your sP cannot exceed 500k for Sarah's Quests.
Though I found some posts where people report that they've had up to 750k. The only sP that is counted is what you have on hand and in your vault. Hope this helps! c:
