So i don't know if I'm being a impatient or not, and I understand that staff have their own lives, but my ticket hasn't been answered in six days. Is that normal. I never file tickets so this process is new to me.
I would say that six days is not normal

It depends on the issue and whether they have to ask about a resolution. And it also depends on the schedule of the UA who took the ticket. You can always respond to the ticket and ask. This is not really a bug however so I am going to move this to Help and Questions.

it would be nice to know that though, instead of just nothing. It took four days for the first response from staff, I did what she/he asked, and then nothing, no response after. Even asked if the image I linked was okay.
Sorry for your wait! Unfortunately I don't have anything to do with tickets so all I can do is give you what information I do know. Hopefully you will get an answer soon!

no need to be sorry, but thanks.
I filed a ticket once that took about five days to get an answer back after our first exchange. It had to do with coding, and they had to check with the coders and get an answer and a fix back before they had any new info on the situation, so it wasn't an unreasonable wait.
It would be nice to have a more standard process in place to let the wait-ee know why there might not be an answer, though, kind of a "hang on, I have to run this past X before I have a solid answer for you" or something. I remember feeling a little anxious myself.
Six days is pretty unusual. It's better IMO to get the right answer though even if it takes longer.
I've had Tickets closed on me for inactivity in 72 hours. I make a point of responding to my own Ticket if I haven't gotten a response within that time.
It absolutely has to do with what the problem actually is. I had a problem that was, as far as my knowledge goes, directly related to my account and had not been dealt with previously. I created it last January and it didn't get closed until June the same year, sometimes with a month or more between replies. Hopefully yours is resolved soon!
