I know you take a glade potion to the red rreign but is it only during fireside or whenever?

Yeah, it's only during fireside, so you'll have to wait until November, unless you buy one.

staff did say during Fireside that there might be other opportunities to get one (since it was a new potion and in high demand) and there were. It may be that they are done with this, but maybe not. Sometimes potions show up in Token Shop, and the Aqua one just showed up for a site event. Anyways usually you and are right, it's a Fireside-only thing.

The Harvest Potion is also available from the Potion Lottery (Aqua is too).
