So, I know there's a lot of creative people out there, and I was wondering if anyone has any species / colour suggestions that would spring to mind when you think of Yaza (the Oracle) :D

Decided on an Aqua Montre :D

Angelic Sheeta sounds good, but for alternatives I'd go with a glacier illumis (if you don't want an angelic pet but still want a similar color scheme), angelic devonti (since only one wing is visible, but it's on the wrong side), angelic legeica or an angelic serpenth.

The only problem is the angelic pets all look pretty happy, and while the Oracle is softly smiling it looks like more of a sad smile. We know Yaza is a good person and has friends and is generally kind to others based in her info, so it's really up to you to choose what you think fits her best. We still know very little about her, honestly.

What about the new aqua colour with a custom overlay adding in wings? Or is that new colour a bit too forest? She's lovely btw.

that's a good point about the smile - maybe that's what doesn't seem quite right to me about the Angelic Sheeta :) Thanks :D

I hadn't paid much attention to the aqua colour to be honest, but that could work - it's kind of the same colour as the fabric on the Oracle's staff, so it'd fit with the character.... maybe Aqua Montre (but without the forest feathers hanging from the tail)?

that was my line of thinking for suggesting the colour :D ooh :I think that could work easily. And if you wanted the feathers on the tail, switching them to white for an overlay would be very simple :D

that's a thought with the feathers - white could work really well, or maybe a shade of grey like the Oracle's cloak?

that'd work nicely too. Grey and aqua work nicely together.

I think you should go with something angelic simply because those colors are closest to Oracle Yaza's coloring. EDIT: Though it seems you have decided what you shall do. I will still leave this link though you may already be quite aware of Subeta Lodge and all it's helpful tips.

yeah, the similar colouring is what drew me to the angelic ones in the first place, but angelic is one of those colours that seems nice in theory, but I struggle to work with in a profile (blame that on my lack of photoshop skills!)

Thanks everyone :D I think I'll probably go with the Aqua Montre (thought you'd approve of that ), with grey feathers on the tail () - hopefully that won't be too challenging to recolour! :D :D
