Hi, Recently returned, way back few years ago I did something I think it was a zapper, that changed the face of my avatar. I have tried to remove skins in wardrobe, but did not work. How do I remove it?

In the wardrobe skin tab, did you click "click here to remove your skin" and then save your avatar underneath the item preview?

Yes I did. DNA and thanks for the reply. I also have different hair style on not the one I have chosen.

you may need to remove your bedhead hair first. This was a thing that happened to many people when v3 went live. Go to hair and click the remove link, then save avatar, then go to the skin click remove and then save avatar. You need to click Save Avatar a lot in the new system.

Thank you Solsticesprite did work in the wardrobe what you suggested. Now only on forum, side bar and profile page I have the blue face on. Will that go away too or is there anything else I should do? Thank you both of you for the help.

it should go away due to cacheing finally catching up, but usually it doesn't last more than a few hours and I'm seeing it one hour later. Give it another hour. You may need to clean out your browser cookies, cache and history.

Thank you. It says now that I did not unlocked this skin in wardrobe. I do remember I did back then. Wardrobe is clear now just here on forum, side bar and profile still this. I wait a few days maybe it clears up. Did clear cache too. Thanks again.
