Weren't we supposed to get a pet slot, the prize item are teams had and a new skin? I dont think i got any of those things:( even though i worked on a team.

i thought the same but the pet slot wasn't an item to activate, just an open slot when i looked at my pets 13/14 the skin is there if you go to skins in your wardrobe your item may be hiding if you have a full inventory (i did)

did you go to this page? at the bottom it should say "For your personal contribution of _____ points, you win a special ice skin, a pet slot and a (whatever your team's participation prize was)!"

checking your user dashboard will confirm whether you got an additional pet slot, as well. the extra pet slot breakdown should list "2 from awards and prizes," or 1 if you didn't participate in the quest-a-thon last year.
