I feel silly asking this. How do I make the snowball that hit me yesterday afternoon, disappear. I tried clearing my cache, a hard refresh and saving my avatar in my wardrobe, but it doesn't work.

ETA: It doesn't show up in the forums, just on my dashboard.

There have been a lot of issues for the past couple of weeks with HAs not updating properly. See this thread, and it's been going on since even before this one was made.

There's nothing that you yourself can really do, it's up to the programmers to get it straightened out.

HAs seem to be slow in updating today (if at all). I changed a few things on mine this morning, and they're still not showing up several hours later, despite a couple of hard refreshes.
