Hi! Silly question, but I have never used a transformable item before. I need a few stickers that are from transformable minions and I'm wondering how these items work? If I bought a Turking for instance, I can immediately transform this into a Turking Sticker?

Yes, you can. You just click on it from your inventory, click the Transform option and select the sticker c:
