Hm. Not sure about TC, but for species, maybe Spectrum Illumis? It looks like it's painting in the air, and it has a very graceful air about it.

well it looks like you're going for an art/painting theme so:

and i would agree something spectrum or blacklight for the color. personally i like the spectrum priggle because the rainbow looks like paint.

Hmm, or what about a Galactic Celinox or Neela. They seem to have that sorta knowing, half smile that Mona Lisa is known for.

And secrets is something I always think of with Mona Lisa and hidden love. xP
