I have been trying since last night on Firefox and Chrome and every time it has failed. I have the money available so I don't understand why it's failing. I am going through paypal. Is anyone else having trouble with this? I have filled out a ticket (this morning) but have not heard from anyone yet.

golly this should work. You might like to file a Ticket in Help and see if they know what is going on or find out for you.
I did and they just responded...I checked the status of your attempted purchase and they are showing as processor_declined, which means you'll have to contact the customer service of the issuer of the card for further assistance, as that means the problem is on their end.
I don't know if that would be paypal or my bank. Just checked again and the money is there so I am going to look at paypal settings but haven't changed them since the last time I bought CSC.
Redo your paypal settings and see if that matters? Declines get recorded but don't usually show up on e-statements, so maybe call ask the bank and paypal if they have records of giving one and find out the number and or date and time of that transaction. Once they look that up for you you might know if Subeta is getting a declined from your creditors when it really wasn't or if your creditors have a problem that they can fix.
Just called my bank and they looked everything up and see no reason on their end for it being declined. I have checked my info on paypal and it is all good as well. I do have someone helping me with my ticket and they are going to look into it further and talk to some other people to see if they have any clue as to whats going on. I did see someone else is having or had problems just the other day buying CSC. I have sent them a message and hopefully they have some idea whats going on. I think the only way to contact paypal is calling them? I have been looking for a way to email them and haven't found it yet.
If you're logged in through paypal there should be a way to file a ticket with them? (otherwise you can probably email or call them as well) (Edit: I just checked and if you click the 'email us' link in the 'help' section that'll be where the ticket can be filed.) You should be able to find the link when you go to the 'Help' or 'Contact' link near the bottom of the pages from what I recall. I had to file a ticket for a slightly different reason a few weeks ago :/ They'll send you an email first with the 'common problems' but if you respond to that email they'll get someone to respond to the ticket within 24 hours. (unless I misunderstood and you'd already filed a ticket with them)
