I bought Delish Aqua Oyster Shell and really want the pretty colored hair. I redeemed the wig and it shows up brown in the salon. How do I get the pastel colors?

you have to click the "salon" button under the hair in the salon tab, and then you can pick whatever colors you want for the base of the hair, the highlight, the shadow, and the other colors.

When you buy a redeemable wig for it's current colors you just simply place it into wardrobe. Hitting the redeem option just allows that flow/ line style of hair to be used on your account to color how you want and you won't get the original colors unless you know the number codes and layers to make it look like the preview image. As far as I know once you hit redeem on a wig like this you can't get it back unless you buy a second copy.
