good morning! so i have two question.

1. it says that a new loyalty card/shop items will be released roughly every three months, so when is the next one due?
2. when a new loyalty card is released, our loyalty points don't disappear, right?

I'm not sure when the new card will be released but you don't lose your loyalty points! Whatever rewards you've gotten from the previous cards are yours to keep.

You're welcome! C: And it is good that they stick around since I have points left from ages ago too! XD I had a look and the most recent card seems to have been from the 23rd of October 2015 so it'll probably be switched within the next few weeks C: They usually give a few days notice in the news before it changes.

I'm glad they changed it because this way we get to use our points for things that we really want instead of just being given a certain item.
