There's a couple of needle felted items on site.

BUT HOW WERE THEY MADE? There doesn't seem to be any felting tools or materials around Subeta!

Here's a good example of several tools and materials used for needle felting. And a few more here.

Needles come in several sizes. Some are better for starting off a piece and shaping it, while others are used for fine details.

Other possible items include foam block mats, felt sheets, finger protectors, and wooden needle holders.

Any other needle felters around here with ideas for felting items? :)

...I kind of feel that every new plushie ever drawn nowadays looks needle felted because of all the random hairs sticking off them, so I guess all the more need for felting items.

Yes, more fiber arts. Wool top/fleece would be perfect for my knitting pet. Also, spindles and spinning materials.
