Peeves is getting A LOT more subtle with his changes. He hates when we fix what he's done, so now it's a game to him to see how long we can go before we realize something is wrong!
This time he picked on the band tryouts while you guys were doing your jam session out in the field by Hogwarts. I might have to get the bloody baron over here to keep a closer watch on him, this just isn't fair!
There are at least ten differences between how it used to look and how it looks now. If you guys could smail me a list of all the differences he did, that would be great!
Some rules for this challenge: 1.) Find all the differences between the two photos (there should be 10 in all). 2.) Smail with the answers. You can either list them in text form, or circle the differences yourself and submit a photo. 3.) Please include your house in your answers.
Each member may only submit one answer, and each person to successfully adhere to the challenge rules and theme shall be awarded 20 House Points!
Admin note: This is the hardest one so far. Don't be discouraged! That's why house points are doubled for finding all ten.
This challenge will end Wednesday, January 27th at 11:59PM.

Gaia was on her way to Greenhouse One to plant some flowers for corsages and the Ball when she heard the tuning of instruments and voice warm-ups. Quickly realizing it was time for band auditions. "This is exciting!" Gaia placed a blanket on the ground she was planning on using to avoid messes while gardening. Waving her wand she enchanted the blanket to stay warm. "I wonder if anyone else will make it."
(( ))
Magnus came down from the castle holding a basket. He didn't know if anyone else would turn up but he'd just left the kitchens with a basket full of food and was hoping to be able to share. He spotted Gaia happily. "Hey! Look, I brought some food with me and there's some bottles of butterbeer in 'ere as well. This is exciting eh?" He wasn't sure if she had other plans for people to sit with her though. "You're welcome to 'ave anything ya want in 'ere. There's some ham and chicken and turkey and crackers, cheese, cookies, some sweets, salad, sandwhiches... I lost count o' whatelse. Those elves got kinda carried way." He looked around to see if his other friends where about
()
Gaia patted the spot next to her. "Sit with me!" Gaia took a look at the basket and eyed Magnus suspiciously "Is this real ham?" then giggled "The sound check is pretty good. I am sure they will be amazing once they start playing their songs. That one singer sounds like an angel." She said pointing at the girl in blue "I think her name is Avaline Krel."
Kendra sat on the grass underneath a tree, watching everyone scurry around to get ready. She didn't come out often, but for music? How could she say no? She looked around to see if anyone else had showed up yet, and noticed a girl with long, dark brown hair wander onto the field. She stood up and walked halfway over to where she was, thinking about what she should say. She couldn't come up with anything and knew she was bad at introductions, so she changed her mind and turned around to walk the other way, back to her shady tree where the sun couldn't bother her.
[edit] I responded without seeing Raven come in.
He plopped himself down and laughed deeply. "Yes its real ham. Though those fake one's really 'ad the elves going for awhile. I might've put a canary cream in 'ere some where, but I don't remember what I made it look like so it'll be fun ta see who pops into a canary for a few moments, eh? But that's the only joke in there." He was very serious on that. "Don't wanna risk people never trusting me and all." He smiled. "Don't know much about music or those that play but rather lookin' forward ta it."
() "That will be interesting, but you are going to make someone angry!" Gaia said laughing.
() Gaia noticed a girl walking in their direction, but seemed the girl decided not to. Gaia got up grabbing a butterbeer and walking towards the tree where the girl sat down. "Hello I'm Gaia, from Ravenclaw, want to sit with us? I have a heated blanket to avoid the cold ground." Gaia smiled at the girl handing her the butterbeer.
"Hey, I'll give em all a warning."
He ran up to the girl he didn't know and said, "'Ey there, wanna come and 'ave some snacks with us? Name's Magnus Lee. I'm in Gryffindor. I'll warn ya there's a canary cream somewhere in me basket but can't remember what I bewitched it to look like, but otherwise should be nice."
()
Kendra was a bit overwhelmed with them both coming up to her at the same time, but she was happy about it all the same. She grabbed the butterbeer and took a small sip then smiled. She began to walk with them back over to their spot, where the warm blanket was, and couldn't help but chuckle at Magnus's comment about his canary cream.
"That sounds wonderful, and it's nice to meet you both. I'm Kendra from Hufflepuff. I haven't made many friends around here, I guess I don't get out much."
Aderyn glanced out the window from the owlery as she visited Hygieia there, giving her girl some treats and a few scratches behind the ears. She wondered what was going on down on the grounds as she noticed people beginning to gather. On closer inspection, she noticed some of her friends settling on a picnic blanket.
"Oh! The tryouts for the term ball band are today!"
She spoke to her owl, who turned her head and looked at Aderyn curiously. Aderyn chuckled and fed the tawny one last treat before hopping up onto the ledge in the tower and freeing her wings. She held her cloak in hand and jumped, fluttering gracefully to the ground and jogging over to join her friends.
"Hey guys! Did I miss anything yet?"
Kendra took another sip of her butterbeer before answering.
"Not yet! They're mostly practicing right now. It's not that fun to watch, but we can gauage who we like before they start I guess. Anyway, I'm Kendra from Hufflepuff. I don't believe we've met. These guys were nice enough to let me join them."
Adrien heard the faint sounds of... music? He looked up from his place at the library and looked out the window and saw people milling about on the grounds. The tryouts for the band must be today! He quickly packed his things and hurried out of the castle down to the gathering of students and musicians. He saw his friends and made his way over to where they were seated. "Hey guys! What've I missed?"
Poppy was glad for the unseasonably warm and sunny winter day. It was a beautiful afternoon to be out on the grounds instead of holed up inside the castle. She saw , Magnus (), and Aderyn () having a picnic with some other students on the field where the band tryouts were going on.
"Is there room for me and Biscuit? We brought chocolate biscuits from the kitchens too."

( ) "WHERE did you come from?!?!" Gaia asked Aderyn when she was startled by the voice behind her. Then turned around to the familiar voice and high five Adrien "Haven't missed much! They are almost done tuning up and warming up to do the tryout for the judges. This is going to be so much fun! I have to admit I am excited about Laerwen, she was practicing earlier with the Didgeridoo and the sounds is really inviting and relaxing. Reminds me of the family reunions in the forest back home." Gaia looked around at the growing crowd. "Can someone help me make the blanket bigger? We need more room. Maybe get some cushions!" Gaia was bouncing in her spot with excitement. ANYTHING can be a party if we try hard enough.
"There is always room Poppy!" Gaia hugged her friend and moved for her to find a spot.
Adrien high-fived his friend, beaming. "I love music! It's so soothing, it's perfect for an afternoon like this!" He pulled out his wand and waved it towards the blanket, "Engorgio" he whispered. The blanket began lengthening and grew to accommodate the amount of people that were present. "There! Now someone can summon some cushions, maybe some more refreshments and we're good to go!"
() "I think you are right. I will go get some stuff from the kitchens. I'll be back!" Gaia went and as she was walking pointed the wand to an open window "Accio Cushions!" sending them to a pile on the blanket. "There you go!" Gaia almost ran to the kitchen trying to avoid missing too much.
"I'll save your spot!" He yelled after Gaia. Adrien turned back to the pile of cushions and flicked his wand, sending them all over the blanket. He smiled at his work and looked around at all his friends, "C'mon everyone, get comfortable! There's room for everyone and then some."
He saw Aderyn float down. Why couldn't he have had wings instead of fur once a month? "That's wicked cool!" The space was enlarged for more people and cushions where added. "The more the merrier I always say," as Poppy and Adrien arrived too. He pulled out his sketch book and muggle pencil and started doodling as Paddy arrived and Gaia returned with more food. Plopping a bit of turkey into his mouth he suddenly made a popping sound. His book and pencil fell from his hands as he turned into a bright yellow canary and fluttered in place for a moment before turning back. Roaring with laughter he said, "I think there might be another one in there then....the turkey bit I thought I snuck in Filches sandwich."
"You need help with your pranks, Magnus" Gaia said with a laugh. "I got more butterbeer and food!" Gaia sat next to Adrien and handed him the bag with food. "I didn't put any joke food in there, but beware the elves are still looking for whatever Magnus left behind." Shaking her head she grabbed a butterbeer and tapped her bottle to the beat of the music.
( )
"Thanks" Adrien said as Gaia handed him the bag. He pulled out a Butterbeer and a few pumpkin pasties. "My favorite," he hummed as he handed the bag to Magnus. "I'm good without joke food, I don't want to sprout feathers or anything," he chuckled. "Next time, though, I'll help you with those pranks, Magnus. Filch is a fun target."
