Sorry if it's been asked/answered akready I can't seem to find it. When you buy something from the cash shop are you charged in USD or your local currency?

It's charged in USD, but if it's via paypal I'm pretty sure they just switch it to US currency and there's an exchange rate dependent on what currency you're using. It does mean that you might not get as much since it depends on what the US to your particular currency exchange rate is though.

You'll be charged in USD but as Normandy says, paypal will convert from your local currency unless you have USD in your paypal account (as in money you've received through paypal that you haven't put into your bank account for example). An example is when I buy $5 US Dollars worth of csc (500csc), paypal automatically changes it to AUD for me and it comes to around about $7.25 Australian Dollars (which from what I recall also includes any fee for the actual conversion). The amount of csc you get will always be the same since you're buying specific amounts of csc for specific amounts of USD. The conversion of USD to your local currency is what changes, depending on the current conversion rates so it's always good to use google to check the conversion rates to make sure you don't accidently overspend (etc.)!
