I just opened mine and got a so it might be a random item with 'coal' in it's name? I'm not entirely sure though since subetalodge doesn't have any notes on it.

the coal present probably gives any random item with the word coal in the name. i opened one i got from the free shop and got a a retired csc item. So if you are really lucky you could also get a csc item. The chance however isn't that big as (according to subetalodge) only a few csc items have ever had coal in their name and none of them are really exiting.
