But then that would apply to everyone, so there'd be more competition for that second restock. Would it really make it any easier to get that item you want? Not that I'm really opposed to changing the cooldown. I just don't see how it would help.
When you miss the item you want the first time around, you don't have to buy something else. If you had waited, you wouldn't have had a cooldown and you would have been able to get it on the second restock.

I get 3 items every week, 2 new 1 old or 1 new 2 old.. 12 hours are really nothing and it's a way to keep the items for a long time and give everyone a chance to buy them, 10 hours would make is difficult to achieve this because the items would be gone very quick..
Just work on priorities, don't run and buy, give yourself 1-2 minutes to check the prices of the old items, if they are below 2mil, just buy them from a user shop.. And about the new items, again, if you are a collector buy the books/plushies etc first, if you more into a wardrobe, and there are 2 wears, buy the wear that you certainly will use first, and later the one that maybe you'll use..
As much as I wouldn't mind having the cooldown time lowered, I don't really think it's necessary. I always manage to get two items, 3 on really lucky weeks. It requires planning and prioritizing but that bit of a challenge isn't bad for the game at all.
I agree with and .
Plus I feel like 12 to 10 is completely arbitrary. You could argue 12 to 11 or 12 to 9. :s
I usually manage to get 2 items a week as well. And plus I believe Amber has said that sometimes when there are multiple new items, she'll do a couple more restocks than usual to try and give more people a chance to get the new items.
But yeah, like the others have said if you want one item really badly, you could always just not buy something on the first stock and try to catch it again 4-6 hours later.
